Title 41 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, found at A.R.S. Title 41, is a large and diverse title dedicated to state government. It establishes the major departments of the executive branch and contains a wide variety of laws governing the administrative operations of the state. It includes everything from the state's procurement code to the creation of state parks.
