33. Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act

The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), codified at 7 U.S.C. Chapter 6, is the primary U.S. federal law that establishes the system for pesticide regulation.
